Definition and object of the contract
This Contract ("Contract") is a distance contract governed by Chapter I, Title III (art. 45 et seq.) Of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, containing the regulation of electronic commerce, and subsequent amendments.
The Contract concerns the offer and sale of industrial electronic components between Pisani S.r.l., with headquarters in Via Fratelli Cervi 6 Ossona 20002 (MI) - Italy, VAT number 10225930964 and the Consumer. The Contract is concluded directly through acceptance by Pisani S.r.l. of the Purchase Order issued by the Customer through the e-commerce site called "www.pisaniecommerce.com".
The General Conditions of Sale can be changed at any time. Any changes and / or new conditions will be in force from the moment of their publication in the "General Conditions of Sale" section of the Site. For this reason, Customers are invited to regularly access the Site and consult, before making any purchase, the version most updated of the General Conditions of Sale. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date the Purchase Order is sent. The Customer is required to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale, which Pisani Srl makes available to him in the "General Conditions of Sale" section of the Site and which can be stored and reproduced, as well as all other information that Pisani Srl provides them on the Site, both before and during the purchase procedure.
Registration to the website
Registration on the Site is free.
In the case of registration on the Site, the Customer must fill in the "Registration Form". Then click on the "SEND" button on the form, after viewing and accepting the Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) and the General Conditions of Sale. Registration will be confirmed by sending an e-mail to the address supplied by the Customer.
The registration credentials must be used exclusively by the Customer and cannot be transferred to third parties. The Customer undertakes to keep them secret and to ensure that no one has access to them, as well as to inform Pisani S.r.l without delay, in the event of suspected improper use and / or disclosure of the same. The Customer guarantees that the personal information provided during the registration procedure on the Site is complete and truthful. Each Customer is allowed to register on the Site for one time only, as multiple registrations made by the same Customer are prohibited. Should Pisani S.r.l detect that the same Customer has made multiple registrations on the Site, Pisani S.r.l reserves the right to proceed, immediately and without prior notice, to block the relative account. The Customer agrees to keep Pisani S.r.l harmless from any damage, compensation obligation and / or sanction deriving from and / or in any way connected to the violation by the Customer of the rules on registration on the Site or on the conservation of registration credentials.
Information for the conclusion of the contract
In accordance with the Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 and subsequent amendments laying down provisions on electronic commerce, Pisani Srl informs the Customer that: to conclude the Purchase Agreement for one or more Products on the Site, the Customer must complete the Purchase Order form ("Purchase Order") following the instructions which will appear on the Site from time to time and which will accompany the various stages of the purchase; it contains the reference to the General Conditions of Sale, the images of each product and the relative price, the means of payment that can be used, the delivery methods of the purchased products and the relative shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Before proceeding with the transmission of the Purchase Order, the Customer will be able to identify and correct any data entry errors by following the instructions indicated on the Site.
Before sending the purchase order, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Conditions of Sale including the information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data (which can be viewed in the dedicated section of the site "Privacy Policy").
The Customer will be obliged to pay the total amount of the order placed from the moment in which the procedure for forwarding the Purchase Order will be completed. This will be done by clicking on the "Proceed to order" button at the end of the wizard.
The images and descriptions in each product sheet reproduce the characteristics of the products as faithfully as possible but must always be understood as indicative. For the purposes of the Purchase Agreement, the descriptions of the Product Sheets contained in the Purchase Order of the Products sent by the Customer will prevail. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics. Furthermore, the images may differ in size or in relation to any accessory products. These images must therefore be intended as indicative and with the tolerances of use.
The Contract is concluded when Pisani S.r.l receives the Purchase Order completed by the Customer.
Once the Contract is concluded, Pisani S.r.l sends an email to the address indicated by the Customer with the Order Confirmation and takes charge of the order for its fulfillment.
The Purchase Order will be archived in the Pisani S.r.l database for the time necessary to process the order and, in any case, in accordance with the law.
Prices and payment methods
All Product prices are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of taxes where due. Delivery costs are indicated on the Site. Prices may change at any time. The changes do not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent.
Payment for the Products can be made by credit card, PayPal or by bank transfer in advance.
Payment with credit card. Payment for the Products can be made by credit card (expressly indicated) directly through the Site. The charge will be made only after the data of the credit card used by the Customer for payment and the company issuing the credit card have been verified. credit used by the Customer will have issued the debit authorization.
Pisani S.r.l uses IntesaSanPaolo's secure payment platform. Confidential credit card data (card number, holder, expiration date, security code) are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment manager without passing through the servers that Pisani S.r.l uses. Pisani S.r.l therefore does not have access to and does not store the data of the credit card used by the Customer to pay for the Products. In the event of fraud or cloning, the classic protection tools provided by credit institutions will apply and therefore do not belong to Pisani S.r.l. We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid (Banco Posta) and rechargeable: Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard, Diners. When paying by credit card, no supplement will be charged.
Payment via PayPal. The payment of the products can be made through PayPal. With the payment via PayPal you will not be charged any type of supplement.
Payment by bank transfer. Payment for the Products purchased on the Site can be made by means of a bank transfer according to the IntesaSanPaolo bank details: Beneficiary: Pisani S.r.l

The purpose of the transfer must include the order number of the Products and the Customer's Name and Surname.
The transfer will be considered valid if made within 5 working days of the order confirmation. XXX srl reserves the right to verify the credit as well as to cancel the order in case of non-receipt of the transfer (or in the case of receipt of a bank transfer for an amount lower than the amount due) within 10 working days from the Order Confirmation. . The Customer is advised to keep a copy of the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment. It is understood that the shipment of the goods will take place only after the correct payment of the order.
The receipt will be issued automatically with each purchase. On the occasion of the purchase, the Customer will be asked to communicate the data for the header of the receipt. If the customer wishes to receive an invoice, he must fill in the required fields. For the issuance of the receipt / invoice, the information provided by the Customer will prevail, which he declares and guarantees to be truthful, undertaking to hold Pisani Srl harmless and indemnified from any damage, including any sanctions issued by competent Authorities as a result of false information.
Availability of products
Pisani S.r.l accepts the Customer's orders within the limits of the quantities of the Products requested in stock. Therefore, the acceptance by Pisani S.r.l of the Purchase Order forwarded by the Customer is subject to the availability of the Products in stock. Pisani S.r.l undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen depletion of stocks due to excess demand or other causes.
Delivery of purchased products
Deliveries of purchased Products are made in Euros on the basis of the conditions and terms specified in the purchase order.
The terms and shipping costs of each Product selected by the Customer will be specifically indicated during the purchase procedure and, in any case, before completion of the same. They will also be indicated in the Order Confirmation.
FOR ITALY - throughout the country (including the islands): The shipping cost for the purchase of 1 piece is 13 euros. Any different conditions will be specified at the time of purchase.
Pisani S.r.l stipulates the transport contract with the carrier, always acting on behalf of the buyer. In this case, the price of the Products shown on the invoice will include transport costs.
Pisani S.r.l is not required to conclude any transport risk insurance contract.
In the event of loss or damage to the goods during transport or in the case of delivery delays attributable to the shipper and / or carrier, the Customer contact Pisani S.r.l.
Warranties and assistance
For the products purchased by the Customer, the rules on guarantees and assistance relating to the sale of consumer goods are applicable to Pisani S.r.l.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer who purchased Products through the Site and plays the role of Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Pisani S.r.l without having to specify the reason, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Products.
The withdrawal period ("Withdrawal Period") expires after 14 days:
- in the case of an order relating to a single Product, from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the Product;
- in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the last Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Pisani S.r.l, before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period, of his decision to withdraw.
To this end, the Customer will have to withdraw through the site.
The return of the Product takes place under the responsibility of the Customer. The costs of returning the products are charged to the customer.
Returned Products must be sent to the following address: Via Fratelli Cervi 6 Ossona 20002 - Italy. The goods must be returned intact, never used, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the Site will refund the full amount of the Products subject to withdrawal, net of any shipping costs paid at the time of the order within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
In the event that the withdrawal has not been exercised in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, it will not result in the termination of the contract and, consequently, will not give the right to any refund.
For holders of VAT numbers who have requested the issuance of the invoice, art. 59 of the Consumer Code and therefore will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Obligations of the customer
The Customer declares and warrants that he is of age and that the data provided by him for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.
Passing of risk
The risks relating to the Products will be borne by the Customer from the moment of delivery.
Limitations of liability
Apart from cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Pisani Srl is in no way liable to the Customer for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of Products offered for sale on the Site. Pisani Srl also declines any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages, caused by the non-acceptance or evasion, even partial, of an Order.
Safeguard clause
In the event that one of the clauses of these General Conditions of Sale is null for any reason, this will in no case compromise the validity and compliance with the other provisions contained in these General Conditions of Sale.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and interpreted on the basis of it, without prejudice to any other prevailing imperative rule of the country of habitual residence of the Customer. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.
Any disputes relating to and / or consequent to the same must be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authority. In particular, any disputes must be resolved by the Court of Milan.
Data processing
Customer data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the appropriate section of the Site (Privacy Policy) containing the information pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree June 30, 2003 and art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679.
The Customer can always obtain information on how Pisani S.r.l processes his personal data by accessing the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
